- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in the logs of our hosting provider, kept for a short time to run and protect the site.
- Statistics and marketing data (pages visited, device type, approximate location, how you came to the site), only if you allow the matching cookies.
Why and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To run the event we agree on and to keep accounting and tax records: contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- To run the website safely and protect the form from spam: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statistics and measuring our advertising: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.), which you can withdraw at any time.
Giving us your details in the form is voluntary, but without a contact we cannot reply. We do not sell your data, we do not send newsletters without asking, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months. Data connected to a contract: as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires (usually 5 to 10 years). Hosting logs: a few days. Statistics: at most 14 months. Your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.
Cookies
Without your consent the site stores only your cookie choice. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only after you allow them in the cookie banner, each purpose separately. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing deletes these cookies.
