What types of events do you manage?
Corporate events, conferences, team building, Christmas parties, product launches and incentive travel, plus weddings and private celebrations. From a 10‑person strategy session to a 500‑guest summit, we provide full‑service event management in Prague and across Central Europe.
What locations do you cover?
We're based in Prague and mostly work across the Czech Republic and Central Europe. We have established partnerships with venues and suppliers across the region and can run events elsewhere in Europe when needed.
How far in advance should we book?
For major conferences and large events, we recommend booking 3‑6 months ahead. Shorter timelines are possible depending on scope and availability. Team building and smaller gatherings can often be arranged with 4‑8 weeks' notice. For a December Christmas party in Prague, try to book the venue by the end of October.
What's included in full-service event management?
Venue sourcing, production and logistics, vendor coordination, an on‑site team, guest registration, catering, AV setup and running the event on the day. In short, we handle everything so your team can focus on the business.
